In general, this photo looks great! The horse looks incredibly beautiful, and the lady looks great too! I totally love love loove the way you made the effect for the background! Usually, when photos are smudged, it coems out looking ugly, although, I know that this is an effect, yes?

Talking about the blury-ness, I predict that your main focus was the lady, am I right? Because, when I look at the horse, it isn't particulary blury, but it isn't really showing extra clear either. And when I look at the backgroung, it of course isn't what you are focusing on, is it? So that leaves us with the lady, it's very clear, and great looking!
